To create tags, please follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business
3. Click on Tags
4. Click on Add tag
5. Add a Label
6. Choose the type of customer from the drop-down list. *This is particularly useful if you want to apply a particular action to this tag
7. Select an icon from the drop-down list
8. Save
Banned Client
The Banned Client label means that the client will no longer be able to book an appointment online or register for a group class. This will apply for all account professionals.
When a client will identified himself if booking online, the system will recognize him as a banned client. The latter will then see the message “Sorry, this is not available at the moment” appearing by default.
