Thanks to the client tags, you can apply a filter to your services so that you can manually accept appointments for your bad clients for example. To activate this, follow these steps :
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees and Services
3. Select the desired employee
4. Click on Services
5. Click on the desired service
6. Scroll to the last option, concerning tags and special actions. Select the action, the tag type and the result you would like
7. Click on Save
