A client didn't show up for their last appointments, didn't pay or behaved inappropriately? Whatever the reason, here's how to block a client from signing up for a class or booking an appointment with you:

For all professionals in the account:

1. Click on the Settings menu

2. Select the Business tab

3. Click on Tags

4. Add Tag

5. Choose a Label for your tag. *Note that at no time will the customer see a mention that they had been identified as a customer banned by the system, it is therefore only visible internally

6. Select the Banned Client type

7. Edit the Icon, if desired

8. Change the language, if necessary, then enter the message you want to display on the screen when this client tries to book an appointment online. If you leave the box empty, then the default message "Sorry, this is not available at this time" will be displayed.

9. Save

10. Open the client profile

11. Edit Tags

12. Add the tag you just created and click on the to save

Once they have entered their information, the system will recognize that the person has been flagged as a banned client and will then display your message:

And directly, if they log in as an existing client:
