Is the wording in the online booking not quite what you're looking for?

You can modify the label of these buttons during the online booking process:

To change the buttons please follow these steps:

1. Click on Account settings

2. Click on Promote

3. Click on Booking sequence

You can change the wording for either English or French by selecting the language from the drop-down menu as shown below:

4. Click on Appointment Booking if you want to change this label. A box will appear on the right. In the "Text" field, type in what you want to replace the wording "Appointment booking" with. You can choose to hide this by unchecking the Display to clients option.

5. Click on I'm a new client or I'm a returning client if you want to change these labels. In the "Text" field, type in what you want to replace the wording I'm a new client or I'm a returning client with. You can also choose whether or not to display these buttons to clients. Note that at least one of the two buttons must remain visible

6. Click on Save

*** Warning ***

These buttons will keep their function no matter what they are labelled as. Meaning, if you hide the button that was originally I’m a new client, you restrict the access to online booking to existing clients only.

If you hide the I’m a returning client button, all new and existing clients will go through the button that said I’m a new client originally. At the end of the booking, clients will indicate their informations and if they are returning clients they will be recognized by the system and there will be no duplicate in your client files.

This feature cannot be used to create any other differentiation between your clients, it only allows you to change the way they are addressed in the button (e.g: patients).
