Here is a way to be able to charge a client who didn't show up for his appointment:
1. Click on Settings
2. Select Employees and Services
3. Select Add Appointment Service
4. Now you can give a name to the service
5. Choose Yes for the option I want to control which clients can select this service.
6. Choose the No client can choose this service themselves (this makes the service not available online and not visible to the customer)
7. Click on Save to create the service
8. You now have the option to select this service when a customer is absent for an appointment
