To disable sending notifications and/or reminders by service, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Communications
3. Click on Notifications and Reminders
4. In the bottom section, choose the employee for whom you want to make changes
Next to the desired services, uncheck the checkboxes to disable the sending of:

No email will be sent to the client when an appointment is created, modified, or cancelled business. | No reminder by email will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance. | No reminder by SMS will be sent to the client requesting to confirm his attendance. |
At this time, there is no feature that allows disabling the notification emails sent to the professional. These notifications are automatically generated by the system and cannot be individually configured or disabled.
The only alternative is to change the email address in the appointment email settings.
No email is automatically sent to the professional when an appointment is created internally by a colleague. However, it is possible to send it manually from the platform by following these steps.
