To customize the Reason label for a service, perform the following steps:

1. Click on Account Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Select the desired employee

4. Click on Services

5. Select the desired service

6. Scroll down through this service's settings and enable the option Customize the «Reason» label in the appointment booking view for clients

7. Write down your own label

8. Click on Save
