It is possible to make your clients call you if they want to cancel their appointments last minute (24h, 48h or 72 hours prior to the appointment). You can also set it up so they have to call you at all times.
To configure this option, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees & Services
3. Select the employee
4. Click on Options
5. Click on Yes on "Clients must call to cancel appointments" and choose how long in advance clients must call to cancel appointments
