When you cancel an appointment, you may want to keep it on the schedule, or give your client a reason for the cancellation. To do so, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the appointment on your schedule
2. Click on the Trash icon, at the bottom right of the appointment, or on the one that appears directly in the scheduled appointment.
3. Choose a Cancellation Reason from the drop-down list, and if you wish to give more details, you can use the comment section below.
4. Check the Refund Payments box (if you wish) if a payment has already been made in advance.
5. Check the Keep on schedule box (if desired). If you do not select this option, please note that it will still be possible to display deleted appointments by clicking the Preferences button located at the top of your calendar, then Advanced > Show deleted appointments, in order to view them again.
Please note that it is not possible to recover or reschedule a canceled appointment. If it was canceled by mistake, a new appointment will need to be created in the schedule.
6. Check the Share reason with client box (if you wish). Your Cancellation Reason, as indicated above, will then be included in the appointment cancellation notification email sent to the client.
7. If applicable, choose whether you want to Cancel this appointment only or Cancel this appointment and future recurrences.
