GOrendezvous synchronization allows you to offer online booking, which Chirosoft does not offer. This is the foundation of the partnership between the two organizations.
How it works:
From the moment synchronization is activated, data is transmitted from Chirosoft to GOrendezvous and never the other way around. By data we mean:
Schedule: if a schedule has been configured in GOrendezvous, it will be overwritten by the one transmitted by Chirosoft
Clients: their name and contact information (including email address). Note that if a child profile is created in Chirosoft, we are not certain that it can be associated with the parent profile during synchronization. Therefore, we strongly recommend disabling the feature allowing customers to make an appointment for a dependent or child in GOrendezvous. To proceed, please see this procedure
Appointments created: appointments made online will be synchronized to Chirosoft
Services: Services created in Chirosoft do not have names. In order to differentiate them, make sure that the duration of the service is exactly the same in the 2 systems
Notifications and reminders
Chirosoft sends notifications and reminders to clients whose appointments have been added to their schedule, as GOrendezvous does To prevent your clients from receiving duplicate reminders, you can disable notifications sent by GOrendezvous. Please email your request to [email protected].
