Allow your clients to submit reviews and ratings:

To let your clients submit reviews and ratings on your services after an appointment, follow these steps:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Communications

3. Click on Reviews and Surveys

4. To give your clients the chance to submit an evaluation after every appointment, select the option Send automatically after an appointment. The day after the appointment, your clients will automatically receive a thank you email asking them to rate and review the service provided

5. You can also choose to only ask for one review per client by selecting the option Allow only one review per client. When your client rates and comments your service, they will not receive the thank you email anymore


Publish/unpublish client ratings and/or reviews:

You have the option to publish the client ratings and/or reviews on your GOrendezvous page:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Promote

3. Click on Ratings and Reviews

4. Choose whether you want to Publish client ratings (stars) or not

5. Choose whether you want to Publish client reviews (comments) or not


Display my overall GOrendezvous rating on Google

If you want the stars to also appear when a customer searches on Google, please make sure you have the following 3 criteria:

*Please note it is, however, not possible to publish comments

  • Your address in GOrendezvous must be exactly the same as in Google

  • Have an existing address in Google My Business

  • Have uploaded an image as a banner (you can change this under Settings > Promote > Homepage)


View the thank you email and review request

The day after their appointment, clients will receive the following "Thank You!" email:


Consult the received reviews:

When the client submits their rating, you will receive a notification email just like the one below:

The evaluation will be visible on the scheduled appointment and by clicking on the stars, you will be able to view the comment left by the client, if applicable:

If you chose to publish ratings and reviews, they will be shown on your GOrendezvous page and the GOrendezvous search page, as pictured below:


Modify a rating or a review:

It is important to note that GOrendezvous cannot remove a review at the request of professionals, as this would undermine the credibility of our review system.

We can only act in cases of offensive, sexist comments, or threats.

However, you can share this help article with your client, which will allow them to modify a review from their client portal.
