To turn on/off online appointment booking for the whole account, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business
3. Click on Options
4. At the option Enable online appointment booking, switch to No to turn off online booking or to Yes to enable it
5. If you switched to No, you can now customize a message in French and English in the text field What should we tell your clients? (This message will appear to clients when they try to book an appointment on your home page)*
6. Click on Save
7. Switch to Yes/No the Include my business in the GOrendezvous search page option
*Note that it is recommended to write a message in both languages as the message is generated using the client’s language preferences
Disable/Reactivate online appointment booking by professionals:
If you want to enable or disable the appointment booking by professionals, it is also possible. To do so, please proceed as follows:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees & Services
3. Select the desired professional
4. Click on Options
5. Activate the Available for online appointment booking option by switching the button to Yes or disable it by switching the button to No.
