Most professionals don’t like to show all their availabilities for online bookings, especially for weeks when they aren't as busy. With GOrendezvous, you can configure your account to display one appointment availability for every desired time slot. This way, you can still offer enough availabilities to keep your clients happy without seeming completely free.

Here’s an example: of offer 30-minute appointments and have an empty work schedule one morning from 8:00 to 12:00.

If you activate this feature and set it to 2 hours, instead of displaying 8 availabilities every 30 minutes, we will display one availability every 2 hours: one at 8:00 and one at 10:00. If a client books an appointment at 10:00, the next client will be offered appointment times at 8:00 and 10:30.

But we go even further than that to help you! In the previous example, if you happened to already have one appointment at 11:30, we will offer 8:00 and 11:00. Why? To keep new appointments closer to existing ones in order to optimize your schedule. That is called clustered booking.

To configure your account to enable spacing and clustered booking, perform the following steps:

1. Click on Account Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Select the employee

4. Click on Options

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Yes" option to "Enable Spacing and Clustered Booking"

6. Choose the desired time spacing between booking times
