You can ask new clients to enter their RAMQ number and expiration date when booking an appointment.

Doing so, that would also provide you with the date of birth of the client and the information will then be added automatically in your client file.

This request can be optional, required or by service:

1. Click on Account Settings

2. Click on Employees and Services

3. Select the employee

4. Click on Options

In the option list, go to "Ask RAMQ number and expiration at booking"

What do the three options mean?

Optional: The client sees the request but does not have to complete it

Required: The client has to complete the information in order to confirm the booking. If he or she does not do it, the following message will appear on the screen

By service: Two steps are needed: once the "by service" selected, you will have to go into each professional's service and enable the option. You will also be able to make the request optional by service by disabling the "required" button.

Once the booking made, the number will appear in the client's appointment, under his or her name:
