Automatically Accept All Appointments Booked Online by My Clients

This feature ensures that all appointments made by clients are automatically confirmed without requiring manual approval, streamlining the booking process for businesses that prefer ease of scheduling. To set your account to automatically accept all appointments booked by your clients, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Click on Options

4. Click "Yes" for the option to "Automatically accept all appointment booking from clients" Note: If you require a deposit for any service, the deposit setting will override manual acceptance preferences and appointments will be confirmed automatically upon successful payment.


How Deposits Impact Appointment Confirmations

If you require a deposit for a service, appointments for that service are automatically confirmed when payment is received. This bypasses the need for manual approval. In such cases:

  • Automatic confirmation occurs immediately upon successful deposit payment.

  • Manual acceptance or declination of these appointments is not possible unless the deposit requirement is removed.
