Here’s how you can charge a client who did not attend their appointment:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees and Services
3. Click on Services
4. Click on Add Appointment Service
5. You can now give the service a name and choose its duration and price
6. Choose Yes for the option I want to control which clients can select this service.
7. Choose the No client can choose this service themselves - this makes the service not available online and not visible to the customer
8. Click on Save to create the service
You now have the option to select this service when a customer is absent for an appointment
