Confirm an Appointment Manually

If you want to confirm your client's attendance manually, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the desired appointment

2. Select the Actions tab

3. Click on Confirm Client Attendance

4. Click on Continue

Please note that certain rules have been implemented to gradually enable this functionality within the Actions tab of the appointment; however, the reminder must have already been sent (either automatically or manually).

The same applies to manual reminders: they can be sent up to two days before the automatic reminder configured on your account, once the time of day has passed the scheduled appointment time.
