Follow these steps to send an Intake Form manually:
1. Click on Charting
2. Go to the Charting tab
3. Click on Files
4. Choose a client name from the list or by searching it in the Choose a client drop-down box
5. Click on Send Intake Form
6. Choose an Intake form and the professional for whom you are sending it
7. Click on Send
Follow these steps to manually send an Intake Form from the client’s appointment in the schedule
Please note that this action is available only with the Essential and Premium plans
1. Click on the client's appointment in the sechedule
2. Click on Actions tab
3. Click on Send Intake Form
4. Choose a form from the drop-down box
5. Click on Send
