Here is what to do if your client is telling you that their appointment is not at the correct time in their Google Calendar or in iCal
First of all, please make sure the correct time zone is indicated in the client profile:
1. Open the Clients menu
2. Select the client in the list
3. Open the Client Information tab and verify this is indeed their Time Zone that is indicated

You must know that when GOrendezvous sends appointment notifications by email to clients, there is a small file called .ics attached to it. This file allows clients to add the event (the appointment) to their personal calendar in just one click.
Sometimes, clients do not configure their time zone properly in their personal calendar, which means that when they are adding the appointment to their calendar, it is not registered at the right time.
The text contained in the GOrendezvous email will, however, always display the correct time.
To rectify the situation, clients must set the correct time zone in their personal calendar settings. Here is a link you can share to your client if they are using Gmail and one if they are using Hotmail/Outlook instead.
