It is possible to generate a summary of a note created during a client appointment. The goal is to produce an accurate synthesis that allows you to quickly understand the client’s request without having to reread the entire note. 😉
This feature is available with the Plus and Multi-account plan of GOrendezvous AI
To generate a summary of a note:
1. Add a note to the client file needed and add all relevant information collected during the appointment
2. Open the note
3. Click on the Summarize with AI option
4. Wait a few moments while the AI generates the summary
Once completed, the AI-generated summary will appear at the top of the note, as well as in the Summary section on the right-hand side, as below :
The canvas and file upload fields will not be taken into account when the summary is generated
The summary will not be taking into account the general AI instructions set for this chart template
Important! If a note is generated by AI (from a recording), you must first complete and sign the form before being able to generate the summary
