About the Multi-Account License
The AI Charting Multi-Account license gives access to AI across all GOrendezvous accounts linked to the same email address. Here are the important requirements:
The multi-account license must be added to an account on an Essential or Premium plan.
All accounts must be linked to the same email address—this is what allows the license to apply across all accounts.
The other accounts do not need to be on an Essential or Premium plan, but they must each have an active and paid charting license in order to use the AI.
How to Add an AI License
To add an AI Charting license to a professional, follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Business
3. Click on Subscription
4. Click on the AI Licenses tab
5. In the dropdown next to the professional, select AI Charting ($75/month) or AI Charting Multi-Account ($100/month)
6. Review the billing summary on the right, then click Pay Now
7. Click Pay to confirm
You can now start using AI Charting. 😉🎉
