The dashboard is a tool designed to provide you with statistics on your practice. For example, you can find out where your new clients are coming from over a selected period: from your website, your GOrendezvous homepage, the search page, or your Lumino Health profile.
Only the account owner and administrator can view the data.
1. Click on Dashboard
2. Click on Client Acquisition
3. Select the desired date or timeframe
4. New revenue acquired on GOrdv
New potential revenue from your practice from new clients acquired on the GOrendezvous search page during the selected period. New potential revenue is calculated by multiplying the number of new clients by the average revenue per client in your practice.
5. New clients acquired on GOrdv
Total new clients acquired from appointments on the GOrdv search page during the selected period.
GOrdv Monthly Avg: monthly average of new clients acquired per practice every month across all practices that are available on the GOrendezvous search page.
6. Revenue per client
Average revenue client in your practice.
GOrdv average: average revenue per client across all practices using GOrendezvous.
7. Nb of appointments per client
Average number of appointments per client in your practice.
GOrdv Average: Average number of appointments per client across all practices using GOrendezvous.
8. New Revenue by Source
This board shows you the percentage of new revenue by source at a selected date or timeframe.
9. New Clients by Source
This board shows you the percentage of new customers by source at a selected date or timeframe.
10. Online Bookings by Source
This board shows you the percentage of appointments by source at a selected date or timeframe.
11. Online Bookings by Source in the Last 12 Months
This board shows you the percentage of appointments by source in the last 12 months, regardless of the selected date or timeframe at step 3.
12. New Clients by Source in the Last 12 Months
This board shows you new clients by source over the last 12 months, regardless of the selected date or timeframe at step 3.
