Here’s how to enable the option to hide client names in the schedule:
1. Click on Profile
2. Click on Schedule Preferences
3. Check the box Hide client names in the schedule
Please note that this setting will apply to all schedules viewed from the access point where the option is enabled. For example, if you're using a computer at the front desk and activate this feature, client names will be hidden across all schedules accessed from that login. However, from a professional’s personal login, if the feature is not enabled, they will still be able to see clients’ names from every schedule.
