New “Consent” Tab
A new “Consent” tab is available in client files. You can easily centralize and manage all documents related to your clients’ consent, for better organization and compliance.
Improved File Upload
It’s now possible to select the associated professional when adding files to a client’s file.
In addition, we’ve increased the size limits for uploaded files:
🎧 Audio files: up to 150 MB
📑 Documents: up to 200 MB
Delete Unsigned Charts
You can easily delete charts that haven’t been signed, helping you keep your client files well organized.
View the Schedule and Completed/Incomplete Files
If you access a client file through the appointment shortcut and no longer see the schedule or the “Completed / Incomplete Files” sections as usual, don’t worry!
👉 Simply click on the small arrow to the left of the client file, at the top left of the page.
This will display the panel with the schedule, as well as the different file-related sections.
Sharing Client Files Between Professionals
When file sharing is enabled, don’t forget to select “All professionals” in the file to view your colleagues’ notes.
