*It is your responsibility to verify and comply with the governing laws of your profession regarding the management of client files. Professionals are often required to keep their client files for a specific number of years.
Note that for professionals to have access to the destruction of their clients' charts, you will need to enable the option "Can delete their clients’ charts"
under Settings > Employees and services > Permissions.
It is now possible to destroy charts in your clients' files. To proceed, please follow the steps below :
1. Click on Clients
2. Select the required client
3. Click on the folder icon
4. Click on the trash icon
5. Enter the client's first name
6. Enter your password
7. Click on Delete
