*Note that only the account owner can delete a client
**It is your responsibility to verify and comply with the governing laws of your profession regarding the management of client history. Professionals are often required to keep their client history for a specific number of years
***If you are a Charting user and files are saved within the client's file, you will need to delete each of the files, in order to delete the client.
It is now possible to delete a client file. To proceed, please follow the steps below :
1. Click on Clients
2. Select the required client
3. Click on Delete
A "pop-up" message will now display, to which you will need to consent, in order to finalize the action :
4. Enter the client's first name
5. Enter your GOrendezvous' password
6. Click on Delete
Note that it is not possible to delete more than one file at a time. You will have to proceed manually for each of the files that you wish to delete
