To change the name of the emoticon associated with a client tag, follow these steps:
1. Go to Account Settings
2. Go to Business
3. Click on Tags
4. Click on the tag you want to modify
5. You can change the name, choose the type of tag, and change the Icon of this tag. The changes you make here will be visible in each client file that has the tag assigned to them. Please note, the tags are not visible to the clients themselves.
6. Click Save
