There are two type of Personal appointments you can add to your schedule, Personal Appointment and a Work appointment.
To add a Personal appointment to your schedule, please follow these steps:
1. In your schedule, click on the day and hour you want to add the personal appointment
2. Click on the Personal appointment tab
3. Add the information you want about the appointment (title, location, duration, etc.)
4. Uncheck the Work Appointments box
5. Click Save
When a personal appointment is added to your schedule, it will be visible to other employees in the account but the details such as the title and reason will remain private and only visible to that employee.
To add a Work Appointment to your schedule, please follow these steps:
1. In your schedule, click on the day and hour you want to add the personal appointment
2. Click on the Personal appointment tab
3. Add the information you want about the appointment (title, location, duration, etc.)
4. Check the Work Appointments box
5. Click Save
When a work appointment is added to your schedule, the appointment itself and all its details will be visible to other employees in the account.
Please note that, the colour of a Personal appointment will be a light blue and a Work appointment will be a light green as shown in the screenshot below:
