To add a class in your agenda, follow these steps :
1.Click on Account Settings
2.Click on Employees and Services
3.Click on Services
4.Click on Add Class
5. Write down the needed informations :
the Service name
a Description
a Category
the Duration
Whether the Duration is based on the client's last appointment, or not
a Price
Whether if it is Visible at appointment booking, or not
Whether this price is taxable, or not
the Number of spots available
A display color
Display order when making an appointment online
6. It will also be possible to :
Specify in which locations this class is offered, if your class is not offered at all your locations
Select which clients can choose this service (New clients of the professional/company, Existing clients of the professional/company or No clients)
Prevent last minute class bookings and choose the appropriate delay
Prepare the creation of a session
*Note that this configuration will be considered the default, but you can always modify the session on a case-by-case basis if necessaryWhether you allow clients to make an appointment for their child or dependent person
Adding a class to your schedule
1. Click on the desired time slot
2. Click Class
3. Select the class you just created from the list
4. Create a new session or click the two arrows icon to repeat the class individually
5. Click Save
To add attendees follow these steps:
1.Click on desired class
2.Click on Attendees
3.Click on Add Attendees
4.Click on Add to add an existing client or add a new client
5.To complete the inscription, click on Add
