Once your tax numbers have been added, you'll also need to enable your taxes for all your services :
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees and Services
3. Select the desired employee
4. Click on Services
5. Click on the services you wish to add taxes
6. Change the Taxable option to "Yes"
7. Save and repeat for all the applicable services
