You must update your profession in order to select any health conditions. Please also note that certain conditions will only become available once a professional order has been added to your account.
You can display health conditions to better target your clients’ needs. Searching for professionals through our search page just got even easier! 🎉
Clients can:
Search by health condition:
Select the condition for which they would like to book an appointment, after entering the desired profession:
In both cases, professionals who have selected these conditions will appear at the top of the search results. Likewise, professionals with the same conditions will be displayed in random order.
To select the health conditions in your professional profile, follow these steps
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Employees and Services
3. Click on Health Conditions
4. Select the health conditions
Please note:
Depending on the selected profession and whether or not you are a member of a professional order, the available health conditions, as well as the number you can select, may vary.
If your selection exceeds this limit, your profile will not be displayed in the search results by condition.
