Adding tips

To enable the Tips feature, proceed with the following steps within each professional's settings that accept tips:

1. Click on Account Settings

2. Click on Employees & Services

3. Click on Options

4. Activate the option Enable adding tips with payments

Please note that this feature requires connecting a Stripe account as well as setting up online payments.

Option 1: Credit card on file (or one you are entering manually)

When a client pays by card via the appointment, an invoice is automatically emailed to the client.

The system allows them to add a tip to the invoice that they have received:

Option 2: Cash or any other method of payment

When your clients pay for their appointment in cash or any other method of payment, it will be possible to add a tip that you have received manually, within the appointment's invoice, as below :

Option 3: By sending them the appointment's invoice by email

The invoice will be sent to your clients by email, for them to pay :

Thus, when accessing the invoice to be paid, the system will offer to add a tip to their payment, as below:
