There are two ways to confirm that a client has accepted a consent form. These are as follows:
Through the client profile

1. Click on Clients
2. Select the desired client
3. Open the Waivers tab
You will then see the name of the waiver(s) that has been signed, the version (i.e. v2) and the exact time to which the client accepted it
4. Click on the eye icon to display the waiver on-screen
5. Print it or save it in PDF format as needed (for example, if you need to keep a hard copy in a physical folder).
Please note that an electronic signature will be automatically generated for the customer upon acceptance of the waiver
