Prepaid appointments can be purchased if you go over your monthly appointment limit. If it happens, we'll use your prepaid appointment bank. Prepaid appointments never expire, so you can buy several ahead of time to plan for busy times!
To buy appointments, just follow these steps:
1. Click on « Hi your name! » at the top right of your schedule
2. Click on View Prices
3. Open the scrolling menu Where is your business?
4. Choose the location accordingly
5. Click on Buy next to the number of appointments required.
*Note that if you have a free account or if you are on a trial, you can only purchase 20 or 50 prepaid appointments at once
6. Enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and the security code
7. Click on Pay
