This option will allow you to change the email address that receives any client communications, for example if you would like notifications to be sent to the person who is in charge of managing appointments (such as your assistant or secretary) :
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Communications
3. Click on Email Customizations
4. Select the desired employee
5. Change the email address for appointment management
*Note that it is possible to add multiple addresses, separating them with a semicolon (;)
6. Save
