With GOrendezvous, you have several ways to get help: through chat, sending emails or the telephone number at your disposal. You can also use our help center to find answers to your questions 😊
To access the help section, follow these steps:
1. At the bottom right, click on the chat icon
2. Click on Help
3. Click on the Collections of the subject you are looking for or wright a keyword in the Search for help box
The help documents have been created with keywords, which means that you do not have to type the page title exactly to find the document that matches your search
Let's take the following exemple: you want to know how to add an employee to your account. You can type "add employee" or just "employee" and the page will appear. You will also have other suggestions linked to employees.
5. You are still not sure you have found the answer to your question, you can click on Ask a question
6. And write down your question. GOrobot will try to answer you as best as possible!and someone from GOrendezvous will answer!
7. If you still have questions about the help document consulted, or need additional clarification, simply type your question directly by clicking on Message. A GOrendezvous customer agent will respond to you as soon as possible!
You can also have walk-throughs help information. To access it, follow these steps:
1. On the top right-hand corner, click on Help
2. Click on Help walk-throughs. The pink window will appear at the bottom right-hand corner. You can also access it by clicking on "Help walk-throughs" directly at the bottom of the page
