Mobile App Features

GOrendezvous has a free app available on the Play Store and Apple Store.

It's important to understand that there are differences between the mobile app and the GOrendezvous website accessed from a computer. The mobile app is designed for day-to-day operations, while account configuration—such as editing services, employees, locations, and other detailed settings—must be done from a computer or tablet.

Here's what you can do with the mobile app:

1. View your schedule (to access the weekly view, rotate your screen to landscape mode):


2. Edit your time slots by tapping on the day and time, then save your changes:


3. Assign a location, room, or service to your time slots by tapping on the time slot


4. Access your client list from the menu and add appointments by entering your clients' names (auto-search included):


5. Edit basic service information (name, duration, price, color, category, and description). For more specific options, changes will need to be made from a computer:


6. Edit appointment details by tapping on an appointment in your schedule, making the desired changes, and saving. Changes will automatically sync to your GOrendezvous account on desktop (and vice versa):


7. All of these tools—and more—are accessible from the app's dropdown menu (available via the tab in the top left corner):
