1. Click on the appointment
2. Click on the Start button
3. This message will follow to confirm that you really want to start the videoconference, if this is indeed the case, click on Continue
Zoom will then open automatically, either in your web browser, or directly in the application (if you have previously downloaded it).
At this time, we will send an email to your client and they can click on the Join Online Meeting button to start the meeting.*Note that the link that will be sent to your client will automatically contains the password's link in an encrypted way. Thus, you do not have to worry about this detail, and it ensures the confidentiality of your meetings. 😊
The link is also found in the appointment notification, i.e. in the confirmation that the client receives when he books his appointment.
