To allow appointments to end later than your timeslots, perform the following steps:
1. Click on Availability
2. Click on the blue timeslot
3. Check the option Allow appointments to end later than this time block. In this example, this means that although the availability slot indicates that it ends at 12:00 p.m., it is possible that a client books a one-hour appointment at 11:30 a.m., which will then exceed the allocated time slot
4. Click on Save
5. Click on Done
