The procedure only applies in the case of retaining an old package (Professional and Business)

To add a charting user, perform the following steps:

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Business

3. Click on Billing

5. Select an employee by clicking in the blank space under Users

6. Click on Update Subscription

7. Click on

Continue to confirm the payment of the additionnal fee

8. At the bottom of the page, you can view your Payment History and click Download Invoice to view your invoice
